Quasar Train the Trainer Plus (QTTT+)

Course Information
This practical 4 day course provides a comprehensive foundation for new trainers in training design, development and delivery of training the techniques learned can be applied to all forms of training delivery.
It looks in detail at the techniques and knowledge required by the modern-day trainer. On completion you will be able to undertake the practical duties of a trainer with more insight and ability. The course covers all aspects of training, including the planning and preparation of materials, conducting sessions and role-plays and using training equipment. Delegates will have the opportunity to practice short training sessions in front of a small group, and will receive feedback from an experienced trainer.
Who will benefit?
This course is designed specifically for those who have little or no experience of running training sessions and is ideal for those about to move into a training role, or those for whom training is an occasional duty.

Course features
This course is highly interactive and through examining how you learn and interact with both the trainer and the other delegates you will be able to see how you can use this within your classroom to enhance course delivery and training delivery skills. Throughout the duration of the course each delegate will undertake practical sessions and exercises. These will encompass such things as the writing of session objectives, content development and training delivery. Video will be used to aid this process.
Following on from this course it is recommended that delegates attend the TPMA Certification Conversion course prior to undertaking their TPMA Assessment.
