Develop practical insights into the meaning of customer care using discussion, exercises, case studies and sharing past experiences. You will practise the inter-personal skills needed when dealing with customers, both internal and external

Through discussion and participation, you will identify both the source and the effects of stress on you and your life. Exercises and activities will encourage you to apply the techniques discussed to your own situations

Dealing with Difficult & Aggressive Behaviour

During this course delegates will use a variety of learning methodologies, including presentation, role play and discussion forums

Delegating Effectively

This interactive course will offer you practical examples and tools for you to take bake to the workplace; you will use role plays and exercises to practice putting the newly acquired delegation skills into practice

This workshop will enable you to think differently about your day-to-day interactions, assess your own style and identify ways to develop new and highly effective approaches to manage productive relationships

Using questionnaires, exercises and activities that practically demonstrate the importance of effective teamwork you will better understand how to build, co-ordinate and manage a successful team
